Stud Fee & Fees:

  1) Booking Fee $______,  this is non refundable under any circumstance.

  2) Stud fee $_______, the booking fee is credited towards stud fee.

  3) Next day shipping $_____, all shipments will be via Fed Ex overnight.

  4) Collection Fee $______, this is non refundable under any circumstance.

  5) Semen will be sent in either an Equitainer or semen cardboard box, either of which the mare owner agrees to

return promptly. Additional shipments will require additional payment of shipping and collection fees.

Prior To Shipment:

  1) NOTIFY Kathy  when the mare foals or when she first comes into heat, this is a "heads up" for us that you

will be in need of semen soon.

  2) Expected breeding date is _____________________________.

  3) A signed contact & ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL along with a copy of the mare's registration papers

must be submitted prior to shipment.

Guarantees:

  1) In the case the stallion dies or becomes sterile, Whitmore Stables will offer another stallion or refund the stud fee 

minus the booking fee and any unused shipping fees that have been prepaid.

  2) In the case of the mare is unable to conceive or dies, the mare owner has the option to use a replacement mare

during the contract year before August 15th or the following year before August 15th. No breeding will be held for

more than one year or the contract becomes null and void.

  3) The mare owner agrees that he/she will have the contracted mare pregnancy checked within 25 days of the last

breeding date or this contract is NULL AND VOID with no further obligation of the stallion owner to provide semen or

honor any portion of this contract.

  4) A LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE is one that lives for 30 days. A dilute colored foal, palomino, buckskin, or smokey

black is also guaranteed by the cremello stallion, JLT Yellasiwannabe.

Legal Agreement:

  1) In the case of any disputes or breach of contract, Pennsylvania law will preside as this is a Pennsylvania sale.

Therefore any legal action will take place in Susquehanna County court of law.

  2) It is also agreed that in the case of any litigation, if the judgement is in the favor of the stallion owner, all of the

stallion owner's legal fees will be paid by mare owner.

  3) By signing this contract I, the mare owner, agree to all terms thus making this a binding contract. The stallion

owner will sign and return a copy back to you.
